Patty Hastings for VP for Activities
An enthusiastic communicator and organizer, I believe in providing programs that serve the active, engaged students of WWU. While a student senator, Treasurer of Mathes Hall, and Budget Committee member I learn skills necessary to successfully working with you. As a student writer, I'm dedicated to student publications. Students apply knowledge and experience through expression. I led service activities totaling over 750 hours of volunteer work as President of my high school's Humanitarian Club. Working with individuals with disabilities revealed the power of community and diversity-both are crucial to progress. For our university experience to thrive I ensure inclusion of all students in campus functions. I'm a writer for VTV, a philanthropist, an adventurist, and would like to be your Vice President for Activities.
