Nikki Brown for VP for Academic Affairs
My name is Nikki Brown, and I am the only candidate with the experience needed to successfully represent you as the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
What I Will Do:
-Work with the administration to protect academics during budget cuts.
-Build connections between students and alumni.
-Collaborate on issues regarding accessibility for students with disabilities.
-Increase student presence in decision-making.
-Ensure that fees are spent to benefit the learning experience of all students.
My Experience:
-Academic Coordination Commission, which approves all changes to the university catalog.
-Student Technology Fee Committee, which determines how STF fees will be spent each year.
-Student Senator for two years, currently the Vice-Chair.
