As the current ASVP for Diversity, the most valuable lesson I have learned is that in order to make change, we must all work together. - Continue working with students within the Ethnic Student Center (ESC) to institute/maintain organizational changes to help in accommodating the growing ethnic minority population here on campus.
- Continue collaborating with the Equal Opportunity Office to address disability accommodations for on campus buildings.
- Work to develop a stronger relationship between group affiliated AS offices (Women’s Center, LGTBA, ESC, etc.) and Residence Life.
