Tino Quiroga for VP of Diversity
My name is Tino Quiroga. I am running for VP for Activities. I became interested in this position because of my involvement at Western. I want to focus next year on:
- The enhancement of student leadership skills by providing the opportunity to learn leadership practices in formal settings.
- Promote the development of the whole student by championing campus recourses aimed at helping students achieve their initial goals at Western.
- Strengthening networks between campus affiliates and AS organizations to further encompass our university's mission into all of our student groups.
As quoted by Mahatma Gandhi, were instructed to "be the change we wish to see in the world." I encourage you all to take a stand and vote for me so this vision may be achieved.
