Polling station in Red Square from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm both days

April 23 2007
Candidate Forum #1 in Viking Union 565 from 7-8pm. This forum is for the President, VP of Business & Operations, VP of Academics, and Referendums.
April 24 2007
Candidate Forum #2 in Communications 25 from 7-8pm. This forum is for the VP of Campus & Community Affairs, VP of Legislative Affairs, VP of Diversity, and VP of Activities.
April 25 2007
First day of elections. Polling station in Red Square open, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
April 26 2007
Last day of elections. Polling station in Red Square open, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Absentee ballots must be delivered in person, or received by the AS Board of Directors Program Assistant by 5:00 to be valid. Candidates contacted after results have been verified, reminded to turn in financial statements. Unofficial results sent to Western Front, KUGS-FM, AS Review, KVIK, posted at AS Board Office
April 27 2007
Candidates' financial statements due by 5:00 pm. Election Coordinator shall coordinate posting of the unofficial election results in all Residence Halls, in all glass (information) cases in the Viking Union, and on the AS website (www.as.wwu.edu) by 10:00 am. All candidates' campaign materials must be removed no later than 5:00 pm, or the $25 posting deposit will not be refunded
May 2 2007
Election Board Chair and Elections Coordinator shall report the unofficial election results to the ASWWU Board of Directors at their 6:00 meeting. Last day to hold run-off election (in the event one is needed)
May 17 2007
If no action has been taken by the AS Board, election results will become official today
